Professor Chun-lai Tian

Prof. Dr. TIAN Chunlai is currently deputy dean of research and teaching at School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Pingxiang University. He received his Ph.D (2012) and B.Sc (2007) in Mechanical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology, China. He was visiting student (2010) and academic visitor (2018) in Sir Joseph Swan Institute for Energy Research, Newcastle University, UK.
His research focuses on the theoretical and experimental research on advanced system design in environmental protect and energy industry. He owned 12 patents and published more than 20 papers with 18 software packages. He is the leader of one innovation project and joins national key research project with active research grants. He has attended over 10 international conferences as keynote or invited speakers
Professor Tai Yan Kam

Speech Title: Development of Composite Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Considering Structural Reliability and Power Consumption
Prof. Dr. Tai Yan Kam earned his Ph.D. in the area of Structural Mechanics from Northwestern University, USA, 1982. He is presently professor of Mechanical Engineering Department, National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. He served as the Chair of the Mechanical Engineering Department and Dean of the College of Engineering in 1987-1989 and 1994-2000, respectively, at National Chiao Tung University. In 1990, he was guest professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Pretoria, South Africa. He has served as consultants at several national industrial as well as defense research institutions in Taiwan, which include Aerospace Research (Fighter planes) and Quality Assurance (Missiles) Centers of Chung Shan Institute of Technology, Precision Machine Research (Robots) Center, and Aerospace Research (Aircrafts) Center of Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). He was Vice Chairman and CTO of Neosonica Technologies Co., Taiwan, in charge of the R&D on flat-panel type audio systems. He was the recipients of the following awards:

He has been the Associate Editors of several International Journals and the reviewers for many prestigious SCI journals. He has published over 85 prestigious SCI papers and owned over 40 patents worldwide.
Professor Dong-Won Jung

Professor Dong-Won Jung works in School of Mechancial Engineering. He has rich experience in metal forming field. He is a professional reviewer of plenty Journals, such as KSME (Korean Society of Mechanical Engineers), KSPE (Korean Society for Precision Engineering), KSTP(Korean Society for Technology of Plasticity), KSAE(Korean Society for Automobile Engineers), Journal of Ocean Engineering and Technology, Journal of Korea Society for Power System Engineering, the Korean Journal of CAE, etc. He also has lot of publications and academic conference experiences.
Professor Yong-Shin Lee
Kookmin University, South Korea
Speech Title: Shape Prediction in an Eulerian Finite Element Analysis for the Steady State Forming
Prof. Yong-Shin Lee received his BS from Seoul National University in Korea, MS from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Engineering (KAIST) in Korea, and Ph. D. from Cornell University in the United States of America. He worked at Samsung Engineering Co., and Korea Institute of Science and Engineering (KIST), before he joined the School of Mechanical Engineering, Kookmin University in 1992. Since then, he served as a Dean in the College of Engineering, as a Dean in the Graduate School of Engineering, Kookmin University. He also served as a President of Korean Society for Technology of Plasticity (KSTP).
He has been working on the process design for metal forming such as rolling, extrusion/drawing, forging, and so forth. The specialty in his process model is the incorporation of micro structural developments such as texture development and damage evolution. He also developed a damage evolution model, a new penalty contact model, a new diffusion bonding model in terms of temperature and plastic work dissipation, and a constitutive relation for powder metallurgy.
